Where are you located?

Wonderland Studio is located inside the “Premier Suites By Champions” building.

131 North Church Street
Suite 201 (Storefront)
West Chester, PA 19311

When you walk up to the building, you will see our big windows and to the right of them, a door labeled “131”. Go inside and we are the first door on your left. You can’t miss it!

Steps away you will find Turks Head and Twin Valley Coffee, Benny’s Pizza, Safe Harbor Body Adornment(my direct neighbors), and two tattoo shops!

Where can I park?

Both free and paid parking is located nearby. Here are some pointers:

Paid Parking is most convenient.

Likely the easiest parking will be in the Chestnut Street Lot (West Chester Growers Market) just steps away from the studio. There is also parking directly in front of the studio on Church Street as well as on Chestnut Street. You will want to have the “Flowbird” app downloaded as this has replaced physical parking meters. Parking is typically $1.50 an hour (+.25 fee for the app) and time can be easily added once parked via the app.

Accessible Parking

2 spots are located in the Chestnut Street parking lot, however it is at the far end of the lot. If you can find space on Church/Chestnut street directly in front of the studio or closer to the street side of the parking lot, it will be a quicker walk. Please let Rachel know if you need any assistance from your car to the building - She is here for you and will help in any way you need!

Free Parking

On this end of town, within 2 blocks, Wonderland Studio neighbors residential areas. If you want to find free parking, Rachel reccomends arriving early as it is not always easy to find depending on the day. Make sure to read the signs posted to avoid ticketing in some areas. Here are some streets/areas that may offer free parking:

  • West Washington Street between North Darlington and North Church

  • North Darlington between Chestnut and Biddle

  • Lafayette and High Street around the West Chester Public Library

  • Streets near Saint Agnus Church

  • High Street between Marshall and West Washington (2 hour parking)

How far out are you booked?

Rachel typically opens her books about 3 months out from the current date. While last minute openings do sometimes happen, her appointments fill fast so it is always recommended to book with her early if you are hoping to come in if you have specific time requirements. She has a waitlist that she will go from before she posts last minute openings on Instagram.

What is your cancellation policy?

Rachel needs to know by text as soon as possible before your scheduled appointment if you will not be able to make it so that she can fill that spot with another guest waiting to see her. In the event that you cancel your appointment in 24 hours or less before it’s start time, 50% of your scheduled service will be required as a cancellation fee before being able to make your next appointment. This is for the missed appointment, it does not go towards your next appointment. If you already have a next scheduled appointment, you will need to pay the 50% fee within 48 hours of the missed appointment or your next appointment will be automatically canceled. Day of no call/no shows will have the same guidelines but will require 100% of the cost.

Late Arrivals: Your session will be adapted if you are running late without adjustment to pricing. This may result in forgoing certain aspects of the session to remain on schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, in some cases Rachel may need to reschedule which will lead to a 100% cancelation fee prior to making your next appointment.

What are your payment methods?

Cash is always preferred. Rachel also accepts all major credit cards. Gratuity however may only be paid with cash at this time.

There is not a ATM located at the salon. There are several banks surrounding the shopping center and a WAWA across the street.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! You may purchase gift cards here. Please purchase under the name of the recipient.

If you are an existing client, the best way to get in touch with Rachel is by text. Currently, she keeps her work phone number private for existing guests. If you lost her number, please click here to leave her a message. At this time, all booking is done by text or in person at your next appointment.
